Yuna was shocked to see Eunho. She didn’t expect him to find her so soon. Eunho glared at Namjoo after hitting the back of her head. His menacing voice was heard by Namjoo, “What are you two doing here?” Namjoo quickly turned around to find the general glaring back at her. She awkwardly answered, “I’m sorry, sir. We were just about to get some food. What brings you here?”
Eunho didn’t respond to Namjoo’s question, but instead looked towards Yuna for an answer. Yuna scratched her head and smiled awkwardly, “Just as Namjoo said, we’re about to get some food. Aside from that, I wanted to know how you two know each other.” Eunho replied, “He’s just one of my soldiers. You don’t need to worry about it. I just want to hear an explanation as to why you’re not currently at your residence. Wasn’t I clear to you about how dangerous it is to be outside your residence without my protection?”
From Eunho’s response, Yuna could tell that he did not know that Namjoo was female. That explained why Eunho was easily able to hit Namjoo on the head. Eunho didn’t seem like the type of guy that would hurt a woman. Yuna didn’t like that Eunho was being over-protective. Her glare made Eunho feel pricks in his heart. He didn’t like seeing Yuna upset at him. What did he do wrong? He was just worried about her, but it seemed like she didn’t want anything to do with him.
Yuna stated, “I don’t need to be protected. I’m not some weak little princess that needs protecting.” Eunho did not expect this type of response. Wasn’t she supposed to be happy about the fact that he was worried about her? Yuna continued, “I can protect myself. I’m not a little kid anymore.”
Eunho retorted, “You are a little kid. Look at how tall you are. You barely reach my shoulders. How can you be considered an adult with that tiny body of yours?” When Eunho finished his sentence, he instantly regretted talking about her figure. Yuna glared at him, “Tiny? Just because I’m short doesn’t mean that I’m not an adult. I’m going to become Princess Ara’s teacher. Does a kid get that sort of opportunity?”
Eunho responded, “I’ll have to admit that you’re a genius, but that doesn’t mean you’re an adult. If you can put yourself in danger without worrying about the consequences, you are a child. There are countless people around you that are worried about your well-being. You came to this sort of place without the protection of your family and your guard. How are you considered an adult when you don’t even realize the danger, you’re putting yourself in. I came to look for you because I was worried about you. Is that all you can say to the person that saved your life? I’m very disappointed in you.”
After listening to Eunho’s response, she felt guilty. He was right. She should’ve considered the thoughts of everyone else. Her mom, dad, and Sun were probably at home worried about her. She was busy trying to continue with her agenda, she didn’t think about how everyone could be worried about her. She was used to going about her life alone, she forgot that this life was different. She had parents and a sister that were worried about her.
Yuna wasn’t a person that wouldn’t admit to her own mistakes. She apologized, “I’m sorry about worrying everybody. That wasn’t my intentions. I wasn’t being rational when I came out to the marketplace. I was kind of mad at you. It couldn’t be helped. You gave me an impossible task. How can anybody lift a stone over 100kg? I’ve never seen any ordinary person that could lift that much weight.”
Eunho pointed at himself, “That person is me. I can lift 100kg without much effort.” Yuna was at a loss for words when she heard him. Was he bragging to her? She frowned, “It’s not cool if you brag about yourself.” Eunho coughed, “I’m not bragging! I’m just letting you know that there is someone that could lift 100kg.”
Yuna rolled her eyes, “Anyways, I think I’m going to find me a new teacher. Namjoo said that he could help me train. Right Namjoo?” When both of their gazes landed on Namjoo, she watched their gazes carefully. Yuna seemed to look like she wanted her to agree, but Eunho on the other hand looked fierce like a tiger. His glare indicated that she would be punished if she agreed to Yuna.
Namjoo knew how scary Eunho could be. She would rather upset Yuna than deal with Eunho’s wrath. Namjoo frantically replied, “I’m sorry. I think I’m going to have to rethink my previous response. It might be impossible for me to become your teacher. I’m not as strong as General Eunho.”
Eunho grinned happily after Namjoo refused her, “It seems that Namjoo isn’t willing to become your teacher. What will you do now?” Yuna frowned, “That’s not fair! You can’t steal my teacher away from me!” Yuna felt irritated at Eunho’s grinning. She wanted to smack that smile off his face. She stated, “If he’s not willing to become my teacher, I guess I’ll have to find a new one then.” Eunho walked towards her when he heard this. She felt cornered and so she walked backwards away from him until her back touched the wall.
Yuna couldn’t believe this was happening to her. Eunho was kabe-donning her! His arms were against the wall while she was trapped in between. He lowered his face towards her. She shut her eyes in a hurry and looked away. She then heard him chuckle, “If you try to find any teacher other than me, they’ll have to beat me first. I’ll challenge every single one of them. I’d like to see who has the guts to want to challenge me.”
Namjoo stood on the side with her eyes popping out of her skull. Did the General have a thing for this girl? She had never seen Eunho be so close to any females. She couldn’t believe her eyes. She couldn’t wait to go back to the rest of the soldiers to let them know that the General was in love. This would definitely be something fun to gossip about. Namjoo snickered to herself.
